中国国际贸易促进委员会河北省委员会（中国国际商会河北商会），是河北省委领导的群团组织和河北省政府分管的贸易投资促进机构，是省委、省政府联系经贸界的重要纽带和境内外各类市场主体开展经贸交流合作的重要桥梁，是服务更高水平开放和对外工作大局的重要力量，在加快建设经济强省、美丽河北中肩负重要使命、发挥重要作用。主要职能是促进我省与世界各国及地区间的投资、贸易、企业国际化经营和经济技术合作。重点开展国际联络、国内外展览、涉外法律服务、国际经贸信息、企业国际化经营培训等工作。当前，河北省贸促会把服务中外企业作为立身之本，织密服务企业网，扩大国际朋友圈，与38个国家和地区的83家境外政府部门、国际商协会建立了密切往来友好合作关系，在省内11个设区市和60多个县（市）设立了贸促会（国际商会）机构，牵头成立服务外资企业工作专班，为更多中外企业“走出去”“引进来”提供了有效服务窗口。

China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Hebei Council，is a mass organization led by the Hebei　Provincial Party Committee and  a trade and investment promotion agency under the management of the Hebei Provincial Government. The council serves as an important link between the provincial party committee and  government and the economic and trade circles, as well as a vital bridge for various domestic and foreign market entities to conduct economic and trade exchanges and cooperation. It plays a significant role in promoting higher-level opening up and the overall situation of foreign affairs. It shoulders important missions in  the construction of a strong economy and a beautiful Hebei. The main functions of the council include promoting investment, trade, international business operations, and economic and technological cooperation between Hebei and countries and regions around the world. It concentrates  on international liaison,　domestic and international exhibitions, international legal services, international economic and trade information, and international business training,etc. Taking serving domestic and foreign enterprises as its foundation,  the council makes big efforts to expand its service network for enterprises, and broaden its international circle of friends. It has established friendly cooperative relations with 83 international business associations in 38 countries and regions, and set up CCPIT (International Chamber of Commerce) branches in 11 cities and over 60 counties (county-level cities) within the province. The council takes the lead to establish the provincial working group for serving foreign-invested enterprises, which provided a effective service window for more domestic and foreign enterprises to "go global" and "bring in".
